SOME REAL TALK:

This story was brought about by the current attacks in the U.S. on the autonomy of people with wombs, such as myself.

Not being able to choose if I want to be pregnant, if I want to die due to complications arising from the pregnancy, if I want to give birth, if I want to bring a child into this world or not is absolutely fucking brutal. Is not ok. Is FUCKING HORRIBLE.

And I have a lot of very complicated and very simple feelings about that.

People with wombs deserve the basic human right of being able to choose what happens to their body. End of story.
